It was great to run into Tom Koutsantonis MP at the 2024 Norwood Greek Festival at the Greek Orthodox Community and Parish of Prophet Elias Norwood.

This is an event I've been coming to for years now.

It feels as though the event grows every year and it's all because of our generous and beautiful Greek community.

Last night I had the pleasure of attending the Norwood Greek Cultural Festival at Greek Orthodox Community and Parish of Prophet Elias Norwood.

While there I had the honour of assisting Premier Peter Malinauskas with the presentation of a platter to Father Stavros and Presvytera Kyriaki as a token of gratitude for 40 years of service and devotion to the Parish and Community of Prophet Elias.

It was also great fun being a part of the volunteer team serving sweets where we had no chance of keeping up with the insatiable demand for delicious freshly cooked loukoumades!

The hard work and generosity of this community is both staggering and beautiful. Thank you everyone for a wonderful night.
